Recharge in mind and recharge in body

Person who recharge in mind and recharge in body

Can you recharge your mind and recharge your body?

I meet many people who outwardly seem to have a lot of energy and find it difficult to slow down. They will often hear advice from friends, family and colleagues such as ‘you need to take it easy’, ‘you can’t do everything’, ‘you shouldn’t work the hours you do’, ‘you can’t solve everyone’s problems’.

This type of person often experiences a kind of frenetic energy where sitting still is difficult, no matter how tired they are. Their energy keeps going, with their minds constantly working and their bodies racing to keep up. After a while it all becomes very exhausting.

In this scenario, my advice is not to slow down but to recharge and calm the mind – that in turn will recharge the body.

Read Emily’s story:

“I could never sit still and I often felt like a spinning top that is still spinning long after the initial energy burst. I was always looking for the next thing to do long before I’d finished what I was currently doing. I also found it difficult to say no as I felt I could keep going and going. There comes a point, though, when that energy is going to run out. The mind can no longer work effectively and the body can develop physical symptoms.

Since I began my first treatment with Master Oh, I have discovered peace and quiet. After my first treatment, I was suddenly able to sit down and enjoy a cup of tea without thinking or planning to do anything. I could finish the last sip and still sit a while longer. After a treatment, I could go to bed and fall asleep with a calm and empty mind and then wake up with a clear mind that is happy to start the day. This was a whole new experience for me. Normally, I fell asleep with exhaustion as I was trying to work through many things in my head and I woke up after many dreams, tired and a bit anxious about starting all the things I need to do.

Master Oh and Sun Kyeong practitioners use acupressure, so it softens all those knots that seem to build up so quickly around my shoulders, neck, lower and upper back. I can normally feel my breathing improve and my body relaxes naturally as they press and relieve the tension all over my body. I normally can’t relax just by lying down. The sounds seem to quieten my mind. I feel more energised, my body feels lighter, my mind feels more balanced and calm. Everyone around has noticed I am calmer and I have more time and patience for others – which I think makes me a better person. Thank you!”

Recharge your energy with an energetic treatment

The reason Emily felt such an improvement and essentially slowed down after energy treatments is that they rebalanced her energy levels. Frenetic energy is bursts of energy that draw on energy reserves often, produced from a ‘fright or flight’ reaction, resulting in the production of adrenaline. This is not a sustainable energy supply.

The treatments had the benefit of unblocking energy channels that were affecting the natural flow of energy in the body. When energy is flowing effectively, the mind is calmer and more balanced. Once the mind is recharged, the body will follow.
