Acceptance and how to deal with stress

Learn how to deal with stress in the green nature

A harmonious mind flows like water. If we hit an obstacle and we can’t find a natural way round it, then stress is created. So, how to deal with stress? In order to avoid stress, we have to first accept the obstacle.

How the mind works

In life, if your mind doesn’t like something it has to work very hard to digest it. It then has to understand the meaning and purpose of the experience by consciously or subconsciously assimilating the lessons learned and eliminating what is harmful. Every experience in life follows this process, but many people struggle with acceptance and letting go.

Four ways to avoid blockages in the mind

1. Acceptance and elimination

Acceptance is to allow things to be, while elimination is to let go of painful memories. We often hold onto many unpleasant memories that are difficult to let go of. However, whatever we go through, we must accept it first. Rejection will create a blockage.

2. Positive thoughts

Every thought is transmitted to the body through the energy system and every thought carries energy. A positive thought allows the energy to flow freely through the body, and a negative thought blocks the flow of energy. This will eventually affect the functioning of the main organs in the body.

3. Open energy blockages in the body to free the mind

We can only access the mind through the body. By opening energy blockages in the body, it allows you to clear out deep-seated blockages in the mind.

4. Accept things with an open heart

Once we accept what life throws at us with an open heart we can move with life’s movement, which is both up and down. This also mirrors how Qi energy flows in the body.

If we can avoid blockages in the mind, we will be able to better deal with stress. The first step is to address is your Qi, or energy levels and energy blockages. Please get in touch to arrange an assessment or try our Energy Classes.
